INTRO

This proposal is for the creation of a case study video for the South Oxhey Countryside site.

The video will bring fresh and exciting insight into the scope of the demolition project, showcasing the local area and the redevelopment being undertaken. 

This video could be followed up by subsequent videos to provide an update on the work progress.

THE PRODUCTION PLAN

The video will be shot on location, during a 1 day session. It will comprise shots of a main speaker delivering the content, and B-Roll shots to complement the main content and help to tell the story.

POST PRODUCTION

The post-production will include:

1. Editing

2. Sound Design

3. Colour Correction and Grading

4. Text Animation and Graphics

5. Originally composed royalty-free sound track

6. Final Rendering

FINAL DELIVERABLE

• The final deliverable of this project will be a video of about 2 minutes of length.

• The file will be available in HD format, suitable for distribution via social media, website, and to be viewed on computers (Windows and Mac).

The proposals we create are one price. That way there is no surprises or randomly increased costs. Additional changes, modifications or additions will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Expenses (for travel, accommodation, etc.) are not included.
